FedEx Residential Surcharge

FedEx has implemented a RESIDENTIAL SURCHARGE on all Hundredweight shipments that do not ship to an active commercial place of business. PLEASE NOTE – FedEx defines residential delivery as “shipments to a home or private residence, including locations where a business is operated from a home, or to any shipment for which the shipper has designated the delivery address as a residence.” Orders that are placed with a commercial delivery declaration that fail to meet the FedEx definition will have the surcharge retroactively charged to the credit card of record.


Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Please be advised that our tarps are automatically manufactured with the “tarps4less” logo stenciled on each side in white paint. Should you not wish to display our logo, please advise when you place your order and we will make every attempt to accommodate your request.

We accept credit card payment. We can only accept orders placed in the continental United States.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE QUOTED PLUS SHIPPING UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED. We will normally ship your order within one business day. If you have questions regarding your delivery date, please contact us.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, T4L will back-order for you. Back-order times will usually not exceed three days.

Tax Charges

For orders shipped in North Carolina or South Carolina, the 7% sales tax is added. All other orders are tax free.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


We Guarantee your satisfaction. All of our stock products come with a no quibble guarantee. If when you receive your shipment, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return (freight prepaid) the unused merchandise within 7 days from receipt for a full refund (return shipping is not included). You must send a written request for a return authorization number by emailing us. You must state the reason for your return in your request. Returns without either an authorization number or the reason for the return may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. We are sorry but custom orders cannot be returned.
